Cosmic Matcha & White Chocolate Comet
Concept: A velvety matcha green tea ice cream swirled with creamy white chocolate and a hint of honey, inspired by the tranquil beauty of celestial comets drifting through space. Flavour Notes: • Japanese matcha-infused cream, earthy and slightly bitter with grassy undertones • Swirls of white chocolate ganache, adding a smooth, creamy sweetness • A drizzle of wild honey, enhancing the natural umami of matcha • Toasted rice crisp bits, reminiscent of traditional matcha desserts .
